This is the revised 2006 list current projects currently in pre-construction and construction phases in downtown Los Angeles. Check out the large number of condos that will be going on the market at the same time from late 2006-2008. Many of these are being called "Luxury" condominiums and developers are spending millions renovated old buildings as well as new builds. Hopefully the Gehry Project and LA Live project will keep interest high. Is the condo scene in San Diego making them at all nervous? I'm hoping they get more then the one grocery store planned for the downtown area.
