I am a realtor in Ajijic Mexico...A small town on the largest lake in Mexico, Lake Chapala This charming little town has become one of the most talked about retirement communities for Americans and Canadians in the world, and is rated within the top 5 best climates year round. If anyone is looking to get more bang for your buck in this financial crisis, Mexico might be the way to go. I am always interested in referral exchanges, and if you have yet to hear about Ajijic, check it out. Cheers.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20438663.post-13970618470448217212008-07-30T20:35:00.000-07:002008-07-30T20:35:00.000-07:00Regarding the bill the president signed:It's a tho...Regarding the bill the president signed:

It's a thoughtful action, but I'm not sure how much one would appreciate being offered a band-aid by the same people who punch them. I believe that subprime lending is a lot like Jessica Rabbit...not bad, just drawn that way. There are companies, like Ocean Capital in Rhode Island, that make financing available for sole proprietor businesses that would not be able to secure financing in the traditional marketplace. We've all got to start somewhere and oftentimes a stated income loan is the only means to start one's business.mariannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06150052824044936121noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20438663.post-82705629488218660772007-08-27T00:39:00.000-07:002007-08-27T00:39:00.000-07:00you know, personally I think, that networks and is...you know, personally I think, that networks and issuers should toughen credit payments control system, otherwise the percentage will keep rising. I am thinking of going back this year because of the beginnings of a housing downturn cycle. I've read numerous econ and housing sites both bull and bear. My question is is there truly a real possibility that income to price ratio will revert to sanity again?

If the new reality is prices in So Cal are forever to be 5-9 x income then I'll tailor my job search accordingly. If indeed the market has a few years left to hit true bottom then renting for a few years is palatable. I am a native and would wait if bargains are to be had at the end of the cycle.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20438663.post-1165886936796856052006-12-11T17:28:00.000-08:002006-12-11T17:28:00.000-08:00PropertyShark.com is great for investors although ...PropertyShark.com is great for investors although I dont think they are in Riverside yet...just Los Angeles County.
